Azoxystrobin 16.7% + Tricyclazole 33.3% SC

Chemical Composition:  Azoxystrobin a.i 16.70 % w/w, Tricyclazole a.i33.30% w/w, Propylene glycol (Anti-freeze agent}07.00% w/w, Tristeryl phenol ethoxilate postassium salt (dispersing Agent) 03.00% w/w, Blend of poly ethanoxy-alkyl ether (Wetting Agent) 03.00% w/w, Dimethyl polysiloxane (defoamer) 00.20% w/w, Formaldehyde 00.20% w/w, Xanthan Gum (thickner) 00.05% w/w, D.M. Water 36.55% w/w, Total : 100.00%.

Recommendations: This fungicidal combination is used for controlling disease complex in Rice which contains azoxystrobin 16.7% and tricyclazole 33.30% and remaining adjuvants.

Not to be used on crops other than specified on this Label/Leaflet.

Direction of Use:

1. Spray equipment: knapsack sprayer with hollow cone nozzle, battery operated power sprayer machine, tractor mounted sprayer may be used.

2. Limitation for use: it should not be used in crops where it has not been recommended. it should not be used in combination with insecticides or plant growth regulator.

Precautions:

Keep away from food stuffs empty food stuffs containers and animal feed.

Avoid inhalation & contact with mouth, skin and eyes while handling the insecticide.

Wash thoroughly the contaminated clothes and parts of the body after use of insecticide.

Do not use bare hands and wear full protective clothing while handling the insecticide.

Do not eat drink chew tobacco or smoke while handling the insecticide.

Antidote: No specific antidote. treat symptomatically.

First Aid :

1. If ingestion: If person is conscious and alert, rinse mouth with water and give 1 or 2 glass of water to drink. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Call the doctor don’t induce vomiting until and unless desired by attending physician.

2. If inhaled: Take the patient to fresh air and take care of body temperature. If patient is not breathing or breathing with difficulty, give artificial respiration, preferably with mouth breathing. Consult a physician.

3. In case of skin contact: Wash with soap and plenty of water. If pain, redness or irritation persists, consult a doctor. All the contaminated clothes should be segregated and thoroughly washed with soap and water separately before use.

4. In case of eye contact: Rinse gently with plenty of water at least 15 minutes if pain, irritation, redness and photophobia persist, consult eye specialist.

Symptoms : Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Diarrhea, Headache, Dizziness, Weakness, Tremors, Salivation, Nasal discharge, Respiratory distress, Irritation to skin and mucous membrane etc.

This product is toxic to aquatic organism hence should not be used near water bodies, aquaculture/pisciculture area.
